There would be no effect on the verdict as a Red Corner Notice is issued only for fugitives & in this case both Kasab & Ansari are in custody. It would be possible for Pakistan to get Kasab & Ansari only if there was an extradition treaty between the two countries. The case would proceed as it is & the verdict will be given soon!!

It wil affect him adversely as it proves Kasab is lying that he was not involved in the attack and murders. Moreover it is also a direct rejoinder to those people who often say that no elements from Pakistan were involved in this

It will have no effect on the ongoing legal proceedings against the terrorist Kassab. Indian judiciary can pass the judgment and punish him. Only after completing the terms of the punishment / sentence, GOI can take the decision as to what shall be the next course of action (provided he is still alive). No need to worry about the Interpol. It is one of the tools in the hands of powerful West and the U.S. to beat hapless Third World Countries to toe their lines. India can use the same tactics to beat the Pak. Let me remind here about the numerous red cornered Interpol notices issued to both Dubai and Pak to arrest Dawood Ibrahim and send him to India to face trials. You know it very well what happened.

They r shameless people. They said Kasb is not a pakistani. They again said he is a non stage actor. Then admitted his invilvement n now due to domestic pressure(by the LET) they want to take him to pakistan n allow him a royal living by saying that he has fled from the custody. It will have no impact on the verdict.

No one see any benefit for Pakistan in this attempt.
Pakistan seems to doing it just for opening another front with India.
Shame on them.
