No it is rediculous to exclude a player from his team.Give him a chance to prove himself. That was his bad time when his performance was not up to the mark but that bad time comes across in everybodys life but it doesnt mean that his game is over,He is going to be diminished. After a dark night there is always a bright morning.Kaif will not loose hope he can show to his critisizers and see he will do that

YES CERTAINLY ! Actually Kaif has not figured in the Indian XI - Tests, ODIs or T20 for the last one year - how come nobody questioned his exclusion at that time? And in the last IPL his performance was average, his current form is not all that great with a good number of youngsters, talented and energetic competing for his position.... alas, he will have to make way for others!

There is no clear cut reason given for kaif\'s exclusion ????

if he was not good enough then why take him to south africa at all and what happened in the few days that he was there for him to be excluded ??

surely this decision could have been taken here in india, before the team left for south africa

No. But he should prove his worth in the team. Living on past glory is not desirable when there are many waiting on the fence.
