Being in an HR Professional and now HR Head of a Corporate Sector many colleagues from my circle of friends and Rediffqna friends many people ask me for interview tips I am surprised they follow the tips to the T, but lose out on the jobs interview becoz of the blunder they make during the interview. Here are sum interview blunders that one should avoid: 1) Dont Lie 2) Degrading your boss 3) Dont be over firndly 4) Dont be rude 5) Stop complaining 6) Dont blame others 7) Be prepared 8) Do your homework and finally 9) Do not cover up goof ups. I hope I have covered all I cld think of.Comment??

right cyrus...!! ur points are absolutely correct......, i do agree.....; if they stick to these points i don't think they should cut a sorry figure in an interview.........

hav been in hr az wel az on the othr side... wanna add... or must i say modify???... dont lie unless u can do it confidently... if u hav a contact ... USE IT... koz thrz nothin like 'i wont b influencd by my frenz request... im honest n i wud giv the job ONLY to the deservin kind'... such ppl dunn exist... frenz reco'z work... pretty much work... never b honest with ur past achievemnets(if u hav any :P)... nor with yar future plans... dunn sho-off but alwayz sho tht u have been important at ur previous place of work (evn if u wer jus not evn a non-entity bck thr... ha ha)... im jus tellin these in practicality... the broder version iz wht u tol... peace!!!
