Q.

I had placed an order with Rediff Shopping and the got a Defective product. Based on a note from Rediff, I couriered the product to the Supplier and got an acknolwdeged that a new product is being sent, After numerous follow up emails, I finally get a "Stock Out" and that I will get a Gift Voucher for future purchases.

I am not interested in shopping with Rediff because of the Horrible Service that I received ( I placed over 5 orders ) Despite follow ups about a Refund, they have issued a Gift Voucher ( by email ) today ( 12th March 2008 ) with Expiry Date of 8th March 2008

Pl advise
