Q.

POINT TO PONDER : The creator of this world/humanity created a simple world, with simpler notions....Man-made society complicated it,and robbed it off its essential simplicity. What is your view on the same? Can you cite examples to substantiate your viewpoint?

God created all, human, animal and every living mechanism in a same way along with means to live. Being superior to all as far as intelligent is concerned humans change more rapidly and made many innovations to enhance his comforts. In the older days the powerful male have a harem of his own like the animals and the lesser ones are left alone. Gradually they created family system and we are what we after thousands of years after our evaluation. What is there in a simplicity? If we are simple ,we will be like animals having the most powerful male as the only person to impregnate the women in a group. The complications arising out of the intelligentsia of the human race is the main reason for its greatness ,happiness, pain and every thing. Think about the life where surviving for food and mating for reproduction, will you love it? No. The complex nature created by humans is the soul of our happiness and other emotions and the essence of our life.

According the holy scripture, in the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. The earth was without form and void, and darkness was upon the face of the deep; and God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. " He saw that the light was good; and separated it from the darkness. God called the light day, and the darkness he called night. And there was evening and there was morning, one day...So simple was world without toxins, pollutions and love prevailed, under his creation. When the paradise was lost for the human beings for their sins committed, everything was lost and the human hatred began among the human themselves and the catastrophe ensued too... Complications, contradictions, emotional wars and many such ill wills have become a common sight everywhere...Adding to these, now, the international scientific consensus agrees that increasing levels of man-made greenhouse gases in the are leading to global climate change. Possible consequences of climate change inclu ...more

Yes . You are right. God has created a caste less, religion less and class less society and we made caste, religion, rich and poor and has complicated the creation. Now there are quarrels all over the world due to the creation of man. They have lost the "humanism" and now there are more practical persons, more selfish persons but no humane persons. To even think of evil to others is inhuman. But the killing of a young child by her relative in Andhra about a week ago, killing of a daughter in law by her in laws, killing of a professor by a section of the students and the suppression of the crime by the authorities due to the insistence of the politicians and cap it all , all forms of terrorism are all great inhuman things meted out by the present society. And the great pity is most of such have belief that they are doing the right thing !

True...in fact "Nayapan laane ki chaha mein, hum hamari kaushishon mein apne aap ko kho chuke hai..." Jis muskarahat mein sirf ek muskarahat hi nazar aati thi, usi mein hum kai aur arth dhundne lagte hai..." jitne sahash , utsaha tatha khusi se , hum kisi ki tarif kiya karte , aaj wahi sadharan si chaha mein darr, ashmanjash aur jatilta ka samna karte hain...kahin iska galat arth laga na baithe!...sad ...very sad indeed...why I have to stop myself in appreciating someone's excellence...? Why I need to give explanation all the time in a very good relationship? Why I have to use the word "please" or sorry so many times in a lose relationship? Why we sud nt try to enjoy for the sake of enjoyment only? If I look back, I find myself in a very comfortable zone...but though most of the time I feel very happier, but in certain moments I am being forced to think that I am not comfortable enough to feel comfotable....as a matter of fact , simplicity has been completely lost in the race of discov ...more

Yes. I agree. Earlier we had no clothes, we have it now and fashion has made it complicated. We were illiterate and had no books and teachers and education etc. Now books, teaching and teachers have complicated it by wrong education and raping students etc. this goes on in each area of our life, take any !

Yes Shints, the rules and traditions followed were never made by God. Its only men who made them to suit their needs.

For example when a woman is going through her menstrual periods she is made an untouchable during those days in some households. She is made to sleep on the floor, she is barred entry into the kitchen and the prayer room, if by accident she touches someone or something that someone or something becomes impure and will be cleansed only by bathing/washing. She is allowed to take rest and not even do the most normal of activities. There is no scientific backing to this theory. And its a shame that these practices are even followed even in some of the most modern and educated households the members of which think of themselves as progressive.

Another example is the barring of women to enter some religious places which is surely degrading to the entire womenfolk. There is a place called Barpeta in Assam and there is a famous Kirtan Ghar where only pre puberty women are ...more

You are simply right..........if you notice we always enjoy more the simple things in life very much......the sunset, the breeze, the river, the mountain , the jungle,we were in the lap of mother nature, these all were simply around us all the time (as god created)but we choose to live in concrete jungles and now we take out TRIPS to these places once or twice in year to relax our stress free life.......
we love most the simplicity and innocence of small child or the simple selfess love of our mother....we love the simple food at home, we feel easy in simple clothing, and many such simple things make life very great but then our wants are never satisfied we on the name of progress and luxury are developing and using all those things which are harmful to nature and human race in long term..........we should really thing hard about it......
and last but not the least my point of view on simpicity on romatic terms.............
women in order to appear beautiful do so much of make up and ...more
