I am not sure of your budget or the size of land you are looking for in Chennai. However today the best location is sriperumpudur for land investment (if you are looking for land at 75 lakhs - 1 Crore an acre. The alternate location is Medavakkam, Tambaram area for small plots like 1 - 5 grounds.
