Have you ever used any consumable product for 1-2 months, which was working fine but you gave an excuse that it's not working properly and then returned it?

Yes two months ago i bought an iron,,for cloth ironing purpose from a local shop. press was working fine but i was not satisfied with it as i felt it is low in weight. I took it back to the shopkeeper and told him that it is not working properly..No questions asked and he replaced it with a brand new Iron of my required specs i.e. the one with higher weight. I am happy with the performance of this replacement.
