I have argued with top brass police officials ...of IPS rank.....but I 've never had messed with Traffic police or Daroga Babu in a Thana....bcz an IPS officer will listen to what U speak .... but Thaanedar ya Traffic Police never will listen to U and simply drag U to the nearest police beat house....
