Maybe junk food tampers with ya brain wave patterns and makes ya feel more hungry and thus consume more of it. No wonder they call it junk as it controls ya brains and makes a JUNK of ya.

Junk food refers to the food that food that tastes good but is high in calories having little nutritional value. So, you can understand the ill effects of this junk food.According to medical research, it is proved that, junk food is not at all good for human health but, if an individual can not eliminate junk food from his/her life, then it is better to consume it minimally to avoid all the health problems caused by junk food. There is one section of the society which actually challenges the definition of junk food. If a persons body is deficient in fats or carbohydrates, then this supposed junk food would actually nourish his body. Of course, theres no doubt the food items that are high in fat, sugar or salt are unhealthy. But again, what applies to one individual may not apply to another. And people need to apply some common sense and decide for themselves what is right for them and whats not. It has been proven that high fat/sugar foods do lead to obesity, increase in cholesterol, poo ...more

If staying away from juml food was so easy'Adam would never have briken the divine command in respect of the fruit of knowledge tree. I have not tasted it but I believe none of us would also like it.Who is interested in a faw fruit of questionable taste ? Since we all are Adam's progeny do not expect to stay away from junk food against which people who have arrogated themselves the position of preachers have been advising us against the junk food.Let us be like Shankar Bgagwan . He consumed the Halahal about whose side effects nobody was ignorant and the only effect it left on Him was a blue throat.Don't worry. Consume the junk food and be happy.
