No not yet in bangalore. but nowadays i think , they have learnt the chennai way , what with many rickshaw wallahs from chennai and they charge anything above 30 only and no less

I use only bus,, never been rich enough to be on taxi,, only on very bad times or with friends sharing,, then i do not care abt the fare anyways
