Such persons should not have been nominated even to contest the elections at least by the major political parties but as we have seen even in the Ministry, we have persons against whom major cases are pending. This shows that they are patronised by the higher ups for reasons best known to them.
Naturally, those who are corrupt will corrupt others and this will multiply corruption around them.
It may not be possible to suspend them because they have their godfathers in the highest positions in the decision making seats. Since they are almost in all the parties, suspending the parties who give them chance will end up suspending all the political parties which is not practically possible.

We need to vote for the right persons.
The voters turn-over is less than 50%.
In South Chennai, a candidate called \'Sarath Babu\' contested. He is a B.E. from BITS, Pilani and MBA from IIM-A. He is a young entrepreneur and was willing to work for public, just around 28 years age.
As he could not spend too much money for campaigning, many people were unaware about his candidature. So, automatically corrupted hands won.
