Right To Information has become an ACT, during the reign of Pm Manmohan Singh, but now corruption has spread to the maximum and thus, RTI has become Frankenstein to him.

Prime Minister MMS is talking about Right to Privacy. This clearly shows that he is afraid of RTI. Hope he does not mean that Scams are private affairs of the corrupt ministers.
