Chirag Kahan Roshni Kahan is an Indian Bollywood film directed and produced by Devendra Goel, released in 1959. The film stars Meena Kumari as the protagonist Ratna, and Rajendra Kumar, Honey Irani and Madan Puri in pivotal roles.Very Tragic.....

I think it is a devendra movie. rajinder kumar and meena kumari starred in it. i faintly remember but it was too much melodrama
