Just remeber Indica is a tata vehicle and it seems they are way behind their counterparts in fit and finish as also tata vehicles are very bad in NVH after only about a year of usage...punto on the other hand offers excellent fit and finish and definitely score better on technology front...but again it;s a fiat so you will be hard pressed to find service centres and the resale value of a fiat in india is much less than a tata...make your own choice in the end.
