Harvard falls further in world university rankings says a news report..what is your reaction to this..is such a news report credible?

What concerns me is that no Indian university features in the Top 100 universities in the world and only two Asian universities features in that list. I don't know whether IIT is a university or whether it was taken into consideration or not, but then what is the criteria for such rankings. But when you talk about the falling standards of Harvard it automatically puts a doubt in your mind about the credibility of such rankings
