If only u choose to. Why keep replaying some past memories, like cow chewing the cud?
Life moves on, the present moment is very precious, that is the only place where everything happens. Replaying past memories ROBS u of ur present. Enjoy REAL happiness of present moment.
To me, the present and its real experience is more precious! Both happiness and misery are real there!
