Had we been able to repatriate the entire BLACK MONEY, from foreign Banks- such a long debate and the requirement of F D I would not have been necessary at all.

How to repatriate? Major portion of this money belongs to politicians. Business people can give explanation for the source of black money as business income. What explanation politicians can give. Can they say, it is corrupt money!
