Q.

Hi, I am planning to do MBA from abroad after working in Mumbai for two years. Is work experience in small firms considered for selection to MBA in good university or one has to get experience in reputed Limited Companies. Work experience in supervisory nature is required or not? Some of my colleagues have gone for studies in Liverpool University, UK for one year MBA. How is MBA from Liverpool University is ranked in UK? What are the job prospects for MBA in UK? Which are the good universities in UK for MBA? What are the criteria for selection to universities like Harvard or Oxford?

Well, Liverpool is not a bad idea. As long as work experience is concerned, why do you show that it is a small firm. You prepare your CV in such a way, which shows your role as of a manager looking over the many aspects of business. Most big universities do not pay much attention to such certificates. Ideal scenario in your case is you go to their websites and find complete details. At such forums, who is so experience to address your query properly.
