It is true. He has done this type of thing every time there are elections in Gujarat. When he says 'MIYAN' he refers to Muslims. Trying to play communal card and that is why he has not given ticket to a single Muslim in Gujarat. The Muslim leaders of BJP should have managed to give some tickets to Muslims in Gujarat but they failed.
It is clean that Modi is playing communal card to polarise the voters. There is no doubt about it. If he tries to continue as a 'vaghela' and does not grow to be a 'wagh', how he will become PM of India. He needs to learn things from Vajpayeji while the poet ex-PM is alive.

Whether true or untrue one has to admit that these are part and parcel of any electioneering.

Nothing wrong in it. Congress also playing the same game not only with politicians even with people fighting against corruption. Congress is now completely succeeded by bad means in seperating Anna Hazaare with Arvind Kejriwala. They may try to seperate Ramadev also near future.
