Who is actually ought to be supreme in parliamentary democracy ,, people or the authority ?

This is very important question.
In Parliamentary Democracy.. Law is the Supreme.. since Parliamentary Democracy works on 51% of support at the cost of 49% of rejection.. so, to keep the balance for all Authority is important since it is governed by Law and Law is Equal for all and Universal in nature..

Be it PARLIAMENTARY OR PRESIDENTIAL democracy.. people are supreme...democracy derives it's authority from WE THE PEOPLE...! these politicans are our representatives....servants to be precise...not a king at the helm of affairs..!
