Try slowly and steadily... may be we are not able to practice the first time, not even the second, but there will surely be some improvement the third time.... and then so on.....

Life is never easy or kind and some of the solutions to life's problems look good on paper, but difficult to implement in real life. Try hard to implement them and despite that if you are not able to succeed then dont worry because it is just confirmation of the fact that we are human and prone to mistakes. After all the Utopian world exists only in imagination and not in reality
