It is a beautiful thought of Ramakrishna Paramhamsa,Sir ! Indeed like the heat of the sun evaporates the water of a reservoir so also the water of the reservoir of sin is dried up by the singing of the Name and Glories of God. Sir ! I would like to cite the example of Ramadasu, an ardent devotee of Lord Rama who was falsely implicated and thrown into a dungeon. Therein,at first he taunts God for making him undergo this humiliation but later his eyes open to the Truth which God revealed in his own miraculous way. The songs of Ramadasu contain so much pathos and his devotion to Lord Rama is just Magnificient !
