Q.

Killer state, mosquitoes city, DENGUE wide spread in Keral especially Capital City. Left Government has left gods own country for GOD to take care. All authorities are blind to see Jam packed hospitals with 1000's of Dengue cases. Patients lying in corridors of hospitals. Sorry state of Kerala. All statistics are very clean in books , but facts far from reality.

Hmmmm.....

Kerala climate & geography is very condusive to mosquito prone diseases. and patients lie in corridors in ALL hospitals, even foreign funded private hospitals such as CMC, PES, Bethesda located outside Kerala state in Tamil Nadu have patients lying in corridors. That's because hospital : patient ratio is very skewed in INDIA (not just Kerala).

But at least in Kerala hospital, I can get medicine, even lying in a corridor. In hospitals in other states, if you check yourself at a PHC, you'll get injected w/ arsenic.

Do you know Kerala state is NEGLECTED from Central Govt treasury ever since 1990? States like Tamil Nadu, Karnatak, get CRORES upon CRORES from central govt. Yet, compared to TN, KA, etc., Kerala state is way ahead in health care delivery, even w/ its own generated funds.

If u think Keral is in a bad state, I'd shrudder to see how you classify the rest of India as...
