Okay first part 'Not everything that counts can be counted" I will explain you with a example.A persons good behaviour,character,honesty really counts but can't be counted.
The second part i can give a example of a Rich man who is mannerless and illetrate.Here his wealth can be counted but doesn't really counts to others

Let me try, though the statement speaks a lot itself. Its very optimistic logic suggests a lesson too. Whenever we count success, we go for mathematical equations and with the help of calculator we start counting the ladders. Recently we watch results of various examinations; we admire the winners by counting their marks in the merit list. I have before me a perfect example of Not everything that counts can be counted. I know a girl living in same complex where I live. When her parents scolded her for her failure in obtaining first class at degree, she kept her composure in sane manner and provided no explanation. Because she knew her parents were just counting her marks and failed to count her achievements in different fields of social values throughout the year. I know she had actively participated in Rural Development Scheme, she had volunteered in organizing first aid centres in last years dire flood situation in this district, she had helped an agency assisting orphans and homeles
