What you say here is not correct. No body has 'an eye on India'. Patriotism and love for one's country is ok, but it should be too far removed from the facts.
Indians are more known for unreliability and are quite untrustworthy ... not to speak of the inherent 'chalta hai' attitude or approach to work at hand.
We have seen Indian officials employed by multinationals passing off confidential information about the company and even the clients to the interested parties for small amounts of money.
Indians don't work for companies with personal loyalties as is the case with foreign (western) employees because most , almost all, the companies belong to them. Even NRIs like LN Mittal feel more secure to employ Westerners than Indians as they know about Indians and their untrustworthy nature.
We Indians are a bit more 'human beings' as you say, than others. What with all our greed and lack of loyalty and arrogance and laziness.
