It is too difficult to control the mindset of the people .......... a rappist never hear/fee the request/cry/pleadging of the victim ....... but it can be controled drastically if 3 things can be banned 1. Liquor/alcohol ...2.valugarity in ads ....... 3. social crime shoots in TV serial or in movies ....... last but not least a strong LAW to punish the culprit .......

It is too drastic & difficult to control the mindsets of the people ....... As people come from various parts of the country..some hv problems whn they are born and brought up in such a family where their mother is either not given respect in the society, they are born poor and must hv been seeing cruelty in the eyes of the people. As people are starving for food, For money the women even go & sell their flesh for more money.
It can be stopped or controlled by the people themselves by forming an association or office..whr the people will be given free advice and also Liquor/Alcohol should be banned..Either the people should be given proper knowledge through meeting, where people should be given more information about the same.. 2) vulgarity in Ads should be completely avoided....3) social crime shoots in TV Serial or in Movies ..last but not least a strong LAW to punish the culprit till he dies.
