Upsarg means place of revolt.
Bijoliya Teerth Kshetra is supposed to be the place of penance (Tapa Bhumi) of Lord
Parsvanath, place of revolt (Upsarg Bhumi) by Kamattha (Enemy of Lord Parsvanath since previous lives) and place of achieving Kevalgyan (Super natural knowledge) and first place of Samavsharan of Lord Parsvanath. Some of the worlds great petrographs are available here. This place is supposed to be old more than 2750 years, as is clear by petrographs. The Kshetra is about 2 km ahead in south east of Bijoliya Town.

sam+maan= sammaan
san+geet= sangeet
san+yog= sanyog
ku+pratha= kupratha
su+pratha= supratha

Jo shabdansh kisi bhi shabt ke aage ( pehle) lagta hain aur ek sarthak shabt banata hain use hum upsarg kehte hain. Iske 10 udhaharan hain :-

Upsarg are called prefixes in english like aa upsarg lagane par mostly viparitartha words bante hain like prasanna ka aprasanna etc etc
