Yes. By terming that there are no worth while candidates in the fray is not a good reason for not voting. Great people are defeated in election when they stood as independents. 100% vote is a starting point if we want to move forward and to create an corruptfree politics.

The neutral voter has remained that way only because he is not in position to choose between the devil and deep sea . as long as this kind of political immorality prevails , neutral voters will be there for ever . every party standing in elections profess everything on earth to voters . whom to select ? it is better to be neutral than to vote . that is their stand .even if they vote the net results of the elected party will be disappointing in present situations so they choose this path. in my opinion it will not change the present scenario . only when the people feel oppression like that time during emergency , when these neutrals have brought about a sweep to jayaprakash narain . but then what happened . nothing change for good . back to same old drama .
