It should be in every state and a coordinated pre approved action plan must be in place.
in any case any where they must reach in flat half an hour if not earlier.
logistic support dont search in the last minute, every minitue be ready for an attack any whare.
this is the reality of modern india.
people when operation is on volentarly should move away from that place do not croud. media must show all details only after and not on the time of happening.
never ever tell loopholes of our technicalities of law enforcement in any debates.
what ever we loosely talk on tv shows others will take advantage, tv fellows get more ad revenue. nothing else.
if we follow some of these we may save more lifes in future.
politicians must be responsible in commenting.

No. It does not matter where the NSG unit is. Infact even the NSG works under thes boneless politicians, they can not take action at their own, without the ordeers and the politicians orders only as per their will not as per actual need.

Certainly, if they happen to be trained in the same rigorous fashion, a formidable force. Just recall the gap in time in getting the NSG commandos airborne from Delhi after deliberations.NSG and other coordinating agencies did not have the time to draw a clean plan.The maps of the hotels were not available. If there is going to be a Bombay NSG they will be having a fairly good idea of the maps of the locations,lay outs which will help them act quick.The strike could have been quicker with details readily available. Hence a NSG Mumbai will make things a shade easier.
