Generally a sr. manager in whose hand the increments of staff are, usually tries to reduce the increments of the subordinates in front of his seniors or directors. But he strongly fights with the boss for his own increment. by bamboozoolng the boss. What kind of tendency is this? And would GOD forgive him for such sin.
