Those who are not able to play well, should themselves give up and make way for new upcoming players.
More than the players, they should change the selectors who cannot see talent in new players and select the same players even when they have become obsolete.

Yes. They all have become old for cricket, and should immediately retire in the interest of cricket and those newcomers, who are knocking doors.
