I view it bit differently ........ to me ,it's applicable for both men and women .......although clothes , make-up or look dont make the man or woman , they certainly affect the way he feels about himself or herself. No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you are. When you dont look good, it changes the way you carry yourself and interact with other people. Use this to your advantage by taking care of your personal appearance. This is most important to add weight to your self confidence
