I think in Maharastra government there are 100% Indians and that only matters. Take any state that you will find the majority of the bureaucrats belonging to some other states.People from Hindi belts and Orissa since they are the most backward economically spread all over India to do manual labour and they are engaged for they work for minimum wages. Also all people who lived more than 5 years are supposed to belong to that state. I think your percentage is based on people whose mother tongue is Marathi and if it is so your question is unfair.

My question is to you Dost.. why this Indianization is NOT RELEVANT TO OTHER STATES.. IN SOUTH people from other states do not get admission in the Local colleges.. job is a secondary issue.. Why Indianisation is only relevant to Mumbai / Maharashtra..

And in Mumbai just over 23 per cent people are Marathis. 80 percent of the government contractors are also non Marathis, In Mumbai 90 percent of the street hawkers are also non marathis, 50 percent of those selling fish are also non marathis, 95 percent of the shop owners and hotel owners are non marathis, 95 percent of those staying in 2BHK and bigger flats are non marathis, 70 percent of those living in free flats under the SRA scheme are also non marathis, less then 5 percent of the students go in marathi schools and the worst of all, more than 50 percent people close to Bal Thakrey are non Marathis

It is not the correct figure.
It may be about Mumbai but not for entire Maharashtra.
These are just methods of some political parties to spread hatred in hearts of Maharashtrians.
If you consider entire Maharashtra, you will find only 9-10% of Non-Maharashtrians living in it.
So, this question itself falls down.
