For some entrance examinations, it is essential to indicate the marks obtained in the Board examination as an eligibility criterion. How will this be possible?

This is the criteria being followed allover............... wats d problem............ u simply have to tell ur previous marks............. thats it!

Marks obtained in grade XII Board examination is the major eligibility criteria for appearing any entrance examination. However, if any such situation arises, the actual marks obtained in Class-X examination can also be obtained from the Board. In the coming years, the eligibility criteria can be changed in terms of grades.
