In ancient days electricity was not there.how mines of iron,copper,gold etc.were operated.if any how it was operated,means industries were also there.then how we could boast of modern industrialisation?

It was done manually.I suggest you either read the novel or watch the movie Spartucus written by Howard Fast.It describes the pitiable condition of workers in a tin mine.

The emphasis for exploitation of mines and operations of factories was on manual labour.But the process was very time-consuming and ardous.However, the condition of the mine and industrial labour was quite pitiable then.As a character of a manager of a coal mine says he was quite aware of the ardous nature of the task and yet he cannot pay them adequately and in fact cut downtheir wages because French mines were selling coal cheaper. The operations of mines and factories with mechanically o/elelclltrically operated excavators,carriers has considerable eased the work and made it less ardus. Modern industrialisation has helped in providing easier terms of work and ensured deploykment of adeauate measures for safeguarding the workers.Onaccount of worldwide competetion the labours\' strength for securing fair wages has also increased.making the labour more human. They were sincere and hard working people. All raw materials were available and pollution was not there. They were very fast in industrialization. But now everything has changed reaching almost saturation point with out thought on recycling of resources for raw material, energy and food due urban materialistic civilisation! So, agriculture needs much care and importance as days go on and on!
