To forgive someone is divine, ok.... in relationship we can accept it. But not for the country.. Had kasab been forgiven , there would have been many more deaths. No terrorist should be forgiven.. Because this is not a relationship.. this is governance.. If mistakes are forgiven, then making mistake will be the habit of many... we cant accept that

Mistakes must be forgiven because one learns out of mistakes. But if a person commits the same mistake again and again, then he/she deserves punishment so that it does not become a habit. To forgive is divine is made in the context that no one is condemned for mistakes committed but given an opportunity to correct and improve.

Lord Krishna forgive Shishupaal as he promised to his mother to forgive his 100 mistakes. Secondly, mistakes done by the unknown person should be forgotten only for first time but mistakes done by the near and dear as well as relatives should be treated harshly even for the first time becoz these mistakes are done intentionally except childrens

All are not powerful enough as Kishna to keep counting the mistakes & forgive, if still someone believe it as virtue, then S/he shoud be sent to battle field.
