As per DGH guidelines, their target for production should start in June 08. If you refer rigzone , you will u'stand they already contracting rigs. so production is under process. Pipeline work is under process theire may be some delay for 2-3 mths but target may achieve. RPL share price will go upward only.

There is no production and not yet started. so, its not possible 1000 with 18 to 24 months. some body blame to you. RPL is going to merge with RIL. so, it will touch 300 mark and there after it will free fall upto 170.. don't dream it will touch 1000.

rpl is a good stock. the production will start from december 2008, as per theeir declaration in their web site. jamangar refinery will start dec.2008. rpl comes from no.1 industrialist group, so its basic to upper is alwys best. long term investment is the best time horizon 2 to 3 years.
