There is no financial instrument 'low risk and high gain' in this word. It is always HIgh Risk HIgh Gain like gambling or Low risk and low gain like GOI Bonds. Mutual Funds have verious types of gains and risk levels. If you read prospectus of any mutual fund you will find it.

Money flowing, get into gold bond. Keep short to medium term view for any investment and keep churning portfolio, keep booking profit. Don't marry investment, because you don't know when to sell.

It is better to buy mutual funds. the risk in mutual fund is low as compared to that of share.if you really interested in shares then first put small amount in good companies.
