I think karol bagh is nearest from airport.
karolbagh is a well developed market of all retail goods from jewellary to grey goods.
karolbagh have metro station named karolbagh with better hotels/restaurent facilities nearer to delhi/newdelhi railway station.
i suggest for CP.
