Not always...when you learn from those failures, re-evaluate things, work again hard, then things are bound to be different and up to your expectation...!

Absolutely yes ...........People console themselves that failures are due to circumstantial and they have no control. As Samuel Lover says, Circumstances are the rulers of the weak; they are but the instruments of the wise...... I try to turn circumstantial failures into opportunity to make it a success . Moreover, these so called circumstantial occur everywhere with everybody .... I can not make those whole life of my own ... I learn from other's failures also
