The Essense of Bhagavat Gita is to establish dharma. The Essense of bhagavat gita is that it contains a lot of tips for a hale and healthy life - physical, mental and attitudinal. we condut our day to day life, primarily through th three media - body, mind and tongue. In the first place, we should have a strong and healthy physical body. Then our mental health depends on a carefree,. worry less state of mind. Bhagavad Gita contains the essence of all spiritual knowledge.

BEST things i found in Bhagavat Gita are

Devotion,
Surrender
