Movement techniques and exercises are commonly used by
physical therapists for patients with peripheral neck and arm pain,
referred to as neurogenic cervicobrachial pain. Unfortunately,
studies proving the efficacy of these techniques are scarce. A
recent study, however, has shown impressive results that
demonstrate how movement techniques can provide immediate
relief to suffering patients. These results may help guide physical
