Most of the people in parties and picnics tend to think that those who drink more are more social, broad minded and 'civilised' and those who do not drink are 'backward' and that seems to be the cause of even women joining men in drinking.

In Garden of Eden, when God Himself could not stop Eve from eating the forbidden apple, how can one expect the descendents of Adam and Eve, who are genetically programed to disobey God to heed the advice of religious teaching and refrain from the forbidden fermented fruit juice called alcohol.. How can religion be expected to do what God Himself could not do? :):)

There is NO need for religion or "moral books" to understand that alcohol is bad for health. And even the people who use it knows! And there are plenty of teetotalers in our country!
