I have to propose a girl in this forum, but how I can know where she is single or not, scaring of wrong No.?

Hi, I believe, You wont propose any unknown girl without any knowledge about her .Also, if the girl doesnt show any interest in you , you cannot propose her. if both mutually know and understand each other well, by this time you would have known whether she is single or not and that she has interst in you......!
