When you propose, you must with her heart together with her love and if you are sure of that, look no further and go ahead, all the best :-)

Hi, I believe, You wont propose any unknown girl without any knowledge about her .Also, if the girl doesnt show any interest in you , you cannot propose her. if both mutually know and understand each other well, by this time you would have known whether she is single or not and that she has interst in you......!
