EU has imposed ban on mangoes from India this year, Do you think it will push the domestic prices down? But, mangoes are no cheaper than previous years?

Alphonso mangoes are the main export variety. Its domestic prices have slided to Rs. 150.00 from Rs. 650.00 now. However, at the cost of valuable Foreign Exchange that India badly needs.

Prices are higher now as this is the start of season they will go down slightly when the supplies start coming in
