What is insomnia? It is a condition where a person is unable to sleep. This has other indirect manifestations such as decreased energy levels, reduced concentrations, irritability and being susceptible to other infections.

Haha, its not at all a disease. and its not heriditary. tension is the main cause of insomnia.
