There is only one way work hard, work hard, and work har.IAS exams are made for donkeys, as they always work hard. For people who are smat workers, there are millions of career options open, where you work and get paid as per your calibre instead of buttering your ministers and dropping their kids to school.

@Sanjeevani, shame to u ! u have indignified ur question by choosing a wrong answer as best . there is no language within me to scold you. u have questioned "How to prepare in the best way for IAS exams?" people has respected ur question and answered & still answering but what r u, who r u? Does kunal varma has given u a good moral! rather, he has indignified ur question and what profession , u were planning to opt. accept, he has told work hard but so what that many has told. what new point u have seen in his answer? rather indignifying the motivation what u were taking!. i was happy to see that a girl student is showing such respect to this high profession but u made us sorry. sanjeevani, u r a jooker! shame..shame to u!!! rediff shud block this question as it has lost it"s value. answer status also another example of poor answer.
