For cold Doctors say if you take medicine it will go in seven days and if you dont take it will go in a week :))
Regarding cough goggle with warm ater mixed with salt and also take cough syrup

Keep yourself warm. Do not expose,especially the chest which causes cough .Eat substantial food which is also nourishing. If there is swelling in throat gardle with warm wather thowing a pinch of solt in it.

A regular citrus food intake can keep you away from cold & caugh.....Anyway when u get caugh & cold, Keep yourself warm. Do not expose,especially the chest which causes cough & please follow ...
1. Pain medications like Tylenol, Panadol , and Dayquil
2. Antihistamines like Benadryl, Allegra, and Claritin are a good cold treatment if youre having sinus pain and congestion
3. Vicks and Extra Action Cough Syrup are good to deal with caugh
4. get rid of a cold is fluid intake. Keep yourself hydrated with sports drinks
