With October 16th considered "BOSS DAY". American Patricia Bays Haroski is credited for creating "National Boss Day" on October 16th. She was an employee at State Farm Insurance Company in Deerfield. In 1958, in honor of her boss (her father) she registered the holiday with the Chamber of Commerce of the US. With liberty, comes responsibility. Ironically enough, its only freedom that makes u want to be controlled, to a creation extent. Here I would ask many" if you were a boss" for one day(ek din ke liye boss) what you would have done and why?? Comment??

I will make the total environment in office As pleasent & good to enjoy while working in the office. As every body send the active hr. in office it should be treated as sevcond house to maintain the code of conduct.
