Democracy is the worst form of government but still better than all the other forms of govt that have been tried so far. For India it is very easy to understand the value of democracy because we can learn from the experiences of our twin brother. Pakistan started on the same level as India but its democracy was discarded by military dictators. As a result their people have no mechanism to voice their problems and the entire country is wrecked by violence. Their growth rate is around 2.70 % whereas we are aiming at 8.5%. Their education system is not producing quality but highly educated Indians are controlling top positions around the world
